Leonard Tharpe
Founder
Leonard has over 35 years of experience in various areas of computer science and information technologies, serving in both technical and management positions. Leonard received a B.S. in Computer Science from Austin Peay State University in 1982. He received a M.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Southern California and a M.S. in Computer Science from the U. S. Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. He also attended the Dartmouth College Minority Business Executive Program. He completed the TN HIMSS/Belmont University Health Information Technology (HIT) Accelerator Certificate Program.

Rebecca graduated Magna Cum Laude from Austin Peay State University with both a B.S. in Computer Information Technology in 2021 (Database Administration and Internet & Web Technology) and a M.S. in Computer Science & Quantitative Methods (Data Management & Analytics) in 2023. In 2021, the APSU Computer Science Department awarded her the Outstanding Student in Computer Information Technology Award. In 2022, she was selected as a recipient of the Army Women's Foundation's Legacy Scholarship.
